Your goal

First & foremost it is important to find out what your exact goal is. What is your training level? Do you have any current or past injuries, what does your lifestyle looks like, how do you eat, sleep & how is your current level of Health?

02/

Knowledge is power

After the interview I will diminish different posture and stability assesements. Through these assessments I can determine which exercises are good for you or not. I seek for your physical strength and weak links: overactive and underactive muscles disbalances and possible injury sensitivity.
Every customer is different and needs a different approach. In addition to this assesment, I also do a specific body composition measurement to determine your weight, body fat, muscle mass and body size.
